I loved the decor in the room, it was clean. The staff were nice, the location was perfect as it was centralized to many of the restaurants and shops and it was walkable.
We liked the location centrally located. Close to everything. The only thing we did not like was the amount of stairs to get to our room. My husband had knees surgery and we were not aware of the significant number of stairs. Otherwise we liked the location.
LOVED staying here! Staff was SO nice and helpful. Rooms are beautiful and just as pictured. Breakfast in the morning was lovely and it was great to chat with fellow travelers staying there. Felt very safe staying here traveling as a young solo-female.
Barbara and Sunil were very kind, friendly, helpful and hospitable during our stay and gave excellent service and directions to visit the city of Venice in 1 and half days.
Venice an amazing and beautiful city and the bed and breakfast was really great. People were nice, service we top nudge and we had a great time.
I would visit again.
We felt very comfortable with our accommodations. Barbara gave excellent advice and was patient with our getting used to our first visit to Venice.

I had a wonderful stay. The staff were super nice. Barbara and I had some wonderful conversations during breakfast. She was helpful with any questions I had.
Barbara was lovely - very communicative from the outset, giving us clear directions on how to reach the property. Upon arrival she helped us plan an itenary and showed us a map of the city with some restaurant recommendations.
The room was lovely and quaint, and location was central and perfect. I would absolutely stay here again!
Our stay was wonderful. Great room, lovely breakfast, fabulous location. Barbara was absolutely incredible. She went above and beyond in giving us helpful tips and helping us figure out how to navigate our way around Venice to see the sites. Only drawback was that it is on the third floor but that seems to be quite common in Venice. Was a truly magical city and would absolutely stay here again.
B&B, not hotel
Lots of steps up to the entrance, but did get some help with our bags.
A/C in room was poor and room was not cool enough
Pillows terrible.
Overall, ok place to stay while in Venice.
Barbara was a good host - very helpful information and was pleasant to work with!
Breakfast could be better and better stocked. Manager / owner were polite and tried offering transportation advice early on to and from the airport. Not much to do when raining though as this is not typical hotel. Would recommend staying if you are a physically fit adults who don’t mind stairs and little amenities.
A gem of modern rusticity in the narrow lanes of Venice. B&B place great for families and couples. We, family of 2 adults and 2 kids were there for two days while we meandered around the sights. Sunil and Barbara were great hosts, helping us with the stay - spots to visit, restaurants, and even helping us with our bags as I had injured my knee a week before. Very close to all sights. Highly recommend it to anyone.
We liked the decor of the bedrooms and the comfort of the bed. Barbara was very helpful in making suggestions and
arranging reservations for us. Although we knew there were steps to our stay, we did not realize there were so many(our traveling partners had a hard time navigating the stairs). I would encourage anyone to stay here.
We really enjoyed our two night stay. The location was convenient to everything without being in the super busy areas. The hostess Barbara was very helpful with directions, transportation and a recommendation for a great concert. The room was spacious and we liked having a coffee maker and access to filtered water. Breakfast was simple but filled us until lunch. It was a little warm while we were there (75 F) and although they have AC they weren’t allowed to use it before mid-May (city ordinance?), so the room was a little warm at night even with the windows open. You do have to take stairs up to the third floor, but they helped with our larger luggage. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would recommend!
This is a great little B&B with plenty of charm. Both Sunil and Barbara were great host, personable and friendly. The rooms are clean, with great amenities. Ours had a shower and soaking tub. Location is a very short walking distance to Rialto Bridge and the market, with plenty of additional shopping, restaurants and cafes for quick bites, a mini grocery store within steps as well as ATM's, etc..the property is located a few flights up, there is no elevator or lift and could be strenuous for those elderly or disabled but in deed a charmingly clean B&B. I would highly recommend...
Staff was very excellent. Location was perfect. The room was very good and the shower water pressure was very good. Nothing bad to say about this hotel. Note there are 4 or 5 flights of stairs. If that isn’t an issue then the place will be perfect. Babi was helpful with dining suggestions and she let us know about a transportation strike and prearranged a water taxi for our departure which would have been a disaster without her help.
Great location not far from Rialto Bridge. Able to walk to all tourist spots. Barbara was very helpful and informative, thank you.
The room was beautiful, a good size with a comfy bed.
The only down side was the lack of air conditioning in our room. There was a storage heater. It was hot in April so we had to open the window but some mosquitoes came in!
If you are looking to enjoy how locals would live and without the need to do most of the daily routine yourself, this BNB is what you are looking for. The hotel manager was very helpful to tell you how one should go about travelling within the city. The on site attendent really attends to your needs. The breakfast is decent enough to last you throughout the day. This is something that we would recommend.
