"Staff are friendly and helpful, air conditioning was very good. Breakfast was decent mix of hot and cold options. Do be aware if staying mid Feb there is a carnival and the hotel overlooks the main square where festivities take place! "

"Excellent location for central Monchengladbach. The old market place is a 5 minute walk with great restaurants and pubs in the immediate vicinity. "

"This hotel is a scam. They have no one to check you in or help you out. The self-check-in machine didn't have my reservation details, so I wasn't able to check in. When I contacted them on WhatsApp, an AI bot messaged me back saying it couldn't locate my reservation in their system. I ended up booking at another hotel, and they refused to give me my money back. This hotel should be shut down because it is a scam."

"Always a great value for money hotel and location for staying. I cannot recommend the Hotel enough for their rooms and excellent service. Mohammed was very kind to sort out an issue with my booking that was entirely my fault. I look forward to staying many more times here."

"Staff was nice and kind the hotel was clean but room stayed cold despite heating being on for 24h because of a draft in bathroom. Free coffe and croissant in the morning was very nice supprise. "
