The view is beautiful, the staff is cordial and very friendly but it needs allot of work. The fridge was rusted, There were stains on the mirrors that won't come off, the AC would not turn off and was loud, it looked like the pool had spots where sand had accumulated but it turned out that it was the surface finish had worn off in spots all over the pool. Maintenence was out daily trying too keep the wear and tear at bay, but they need money and renovations of the pool. The staff though was amazing management needs to spend the money on updating the property.

The staff is amazing! Oscar set the tone for the amazing week we would experience as he showed us to our room. His happiness was infectious! Krishna was a favorite of ours immediately!! She always had a smile to share. She remembered everyone’s detailed orders from day-to-day. She always went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed!! She was well informed of on-going activities and answered questions about the resort that was not related to her job. The food was amazing with great options! The servers were impeccable, but Juan stood out above the rest with his humor and hospitality. Our rooms were cleaned and checked twice a day and stocked with towels and refrigerated options as needed. We loved the preferred lounge and the ability to relax while overlooking the scenic vistas! We are seasoned travelers and have been to many high-end resorts so after reading a few reviews, to say we were a bit apprehensive in making reservations here is an understatement. I’m delighted we decided to ignore those reviews and go anyway!! The resort is an older resort so there is wear and tear, however we observed the maintenance crew working tirelessly each day to make improvements! We give the highest recommendation for this resort and we will be returning! Thank you Dreams for exceeding our expectations and allowing us to make beautiful memories to last a lifetime!

Bar and restaurant staff fun and friendly! Limited choices for All Inclusive, Staff not as attentive at front desk, concierge was supposed to guide and welcome us but too busy with other guests, we thought we had an upgrade but were told it was only an offer! Room was nice, pools were nice, no proper beach, tide will fill up beach with water all the way!

The property is fine, but it does not have a 5stars category. The food at the lunch buffet was terrible. There mosquitoes and others bugs were insane. I could understand that is tropical environment, but cleaning and fumigation will improve the situation. We came back with hundreds of mosquito's bites
