I had a problem and went to reception but received no assistance; in fact, a man from the residence pushed me out. The room was very dirty: hair on the bed, coffee stains on the furniture, dirty walls, stains on the mattress covers... It was disgusting.

+ Easy check-in and receptionist spoke good English. Hotel collected deposit of 300 Euros. - Double bed much too small for two people.
