Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Le site est incroyable, l'hôtel très agréable, le personnel très sympathique et prévenant. Le restaurant est de plus très bon, la cuisine variée. Albergo curato e pulito. Staff cordiale e assolutamente disponibile a dispensare consigli. Soggiorno piacevole ed esperienza assolutamente positiva. Camera silenziosa, ottimo e abbondante la colazione e la cena in modalità “All You Can Eat”. Ottimo il servizio dei camerieri e del maitre che provvedono a mantenere la sala sempre impeccabile. Unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta è che in modalità “mezza pensione” non sono incluse le bevande per cena e bisogna pagare anche l’acqua naturale come extra. Il dispenser di acqua naturale, funzionante per colazione, viene spento per cena in modo da obbligare la clientela ad acquistare le bottiglie di acqua. Struttura super consigliata!

Struttura accogliente, pulizia ottima, colazione e cena a buffet in quantità illimitata, personale gentile e premuroso. Hanno un massaggiatore da centodieci e lode! L’unica pecca è che si fanno pagare extra il balcone con vista sulla Presanella (l’ho richiesto io) ma è condiviso, cosa non specificata dal gestore, averlo saputo prima i 110 euro me li sarei risparmiati , anche perché molte camere hanno un affaccio con una bella visuale ed un balcone privato. È stata comunque una bella vacanza.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt im Orchidea sehr gut gefallen. Die Sauberkeit und der Service im gesamten Hotel sind sehr gut. Auch das Essen, vor allem am Abend war sehr lecker. Schön ist auch die Gästekarte mit der man kostenlos die Bergbahnen benutzen kann. Wir würden das Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.
