The staff was very helpful in that they retrieved a ball that my boy got stuck on the rooftop. I was surprised that they did this.
Too bad there was no restaurant in the building, however overall it was a good experience.

We have stayed here before and loved it so we did not hesitate to book again. The hotel is clean, staff are friendly, rooms are nice with comfortable beds and the breakfast is amazing and there is a different menu each day. We were here to attend a concert at the Vic Juba Theatre and it was fast and easy to get there from the hotel. Also Spiros restaurant is just across the parking lot and the food there is wonderful.
