"Property and staff were all 11/10 unfortunately the apartments face a rail depot, which is ok in the daytime but trains run all night and when the drivers turn up at 05.30 and move all the trains out, you are awake! Place however is lovley, if you can request a room away from the railway, i highly recommend it"

"The pictures for this property are very misleading. The place is very outdated and there’s a horrible smell that comes from the shower. On day of checkin I was sent an email outside of the hotels.com site asking for a deposit even though my booking was paid up front. It was a little bit sketchy. Then trying to find the location was very confusing as there were several gates and doors each with their own access codes. Very difficult to navigate when you arrive after sunset. "Stayed here on a room only basis for 5 nights. A short stroll to the park entrances and a variety of shops and restaurants to chose from on the way. The hotel room was very clean and spacious and the bathroom was spotless with a very powerful shower over the bath. The bed was very comfortable and our room was in a very quiet part of the hotel. Facilities within the hotel were great and the indoor/outdoor swimming pool was available if you needed a break from the parks. Overall we had a very great stay at this hotel and the staff were attentive and pleasant every time we interacted with them."

"Lovely hotel with pool close to Disneyland. Reception check-in was quick & friendly. Hallways smelt lovely and looked clean. Room looked fab, If I was being picky, couple of stars were lost for large coffee stain on carpet in the room that probably could have been removed and dust along the bottoms of the balcony doors otherwise room was spotless. Pool was great and a nice temperature. Broken sun bed that needed to be replaced and lots of wasps/bees."

"Our stay at Hôtel L'Elysée Val d'Europe was a perfect 10/10! ✨ We were warmly welcomed at reception and even received a free upgrade to a Premium Quadruple Room, which was such a kind surprise! The room was spotless with spacious and comfortable beds, and the staff were always proactive in helping us with any queries we had. The free Disneyland shuttle ran reliably from just across the road, and the hotel’s location couldn’t be better; it's less than a 5-minute walk to Val d'Europe station, with restaurants, cafés, and a shopping centre right outside the door. Everything we needed was either in or next to the hotel. 🤩 They also offer (upon request) a thoughtful “breakfast-to-go” if you’ve paid for breakfast but have an extra early start; each generous portion includes pastries, fruit, nuts, muffins, and juice - a great example of how well the staff look after their guests!"
