"Frequent visitor here on business - location and price can’t be beaten in Geneva. I would mention the excellent showers and the quality of the breakfast - which in my opinion beats other hotels in this chain. Check in does seem to need more information than necessary(small gripe)."

"We stayed here with our 4 kids and my wife. We had a 2 bedroom suite. Exceptionally clean space. The lobby is clean and the front desk staff is incredibly helpful. The location is superb - only 10 mins from the airport via car/tram. As an aside, ask the front desk how much a taxi/taxi van would be for airport transfers. We needed a 4am pick up and it was CHF 35 via the taxi service vs CHF 65 via Uber. We had a lot of luggage so tram wasn't an option. The tram station is right outside of the hotel and with the free Geneva transport card, you can use it as much as you'd like for free. The room itself had a washer/dryer, microwave, oven, dishwasher and a full sized fridge. Super convenient when traveling with small children. Amenities were great - good breakfast everyroom. An OK gym by hotel standards but a full fledge dry sauna was a nice surprise."

"stay was great, as expected. One very small improvement is in the washroom shower. They decided with a wet room style washroom, thats fine, but the curtain used to stop the water from the shower should go all the way down to the floor and not stop 6"(150mm) before, this would not allow it to splash everywhere, thus leaving the floor wet. If you decided to walk in later just to use the sink or toilet you are walking all over a wet floor. small detail."
