Eran las 11:30pm y nos dispusimos a buscar un hotel donde pasar la noche, usamos expedía y encontramos disponibilidad en este lugar, quedamos a media hora de camino, al llegar, estaba todo cerrado, apagado, llamamos por teléfono, tocamos el timbre, finalmente decidimos irnos a buscar otro hotel, perdimos el dinero, y la reclamación con expedía provocó que me cancelaran erróneamente otra reserva que teníamos, hasta hoy más de 20 días aún estamos esperando resolución para ambos casos. TREMENDA MALAN EXPERIENCIA!!!!
