Groot hotel met 13 verdiepingen en 144 kamers. Vriendelijke receptioniste bij het inchecken. De kamer is mooi ruim. De airco werkt prima. En ook de wifi is uitstekend. Ik kon mijn krantje ’s ochtends in een vloek en een zucht binnenhalen. In de badkamer is de douche in het bad. De badkuip is nogal hoog gemonteerd. Zodat het een hele toer is om er in en uit te klimmen. Daarbij is het ook nog eens glad in de badkuip. Voor bejaarden zal het een uitdaging zijn om zonder botbreuken een spoeltje te doen. Om wateroverlast te voorkomen is er een scherm gemonteerd en ook nog een gordijntje. Allemaal niet echt handig. De waterdruk was overigens prima. Het ontbijt was in orde. Er is voldoende keus uit zoet en hartig. Rondom het hotel zijn er meer dan voldoende gratis parkeerplaatsen. Het uitchecken kan tot uiterlijk 10:30 uur. Voor een 4*-hotel kan dit natuurlijk niet. Er is echter ook een minpunt. Het lijkt er op dat een gedeelte van het personeel zijn eigen regels hanteert. Een voorbeeld. In de ontbijtruimte lopen ze de kantjes er van af. Alleen de jongeman met grijs haar en een baardje is flink actief. De rest loopt maar een beetje rond. Met name de lange magere kerel. Hij is vooral behendig in rondlopen, kletsen met ander personeel, en vooral niets doen. Maar ….. om kwart voor 10 is er plotseling grote bedrijvigheid. Dan wordt al vlijtig gestart met het afruimen van het buffet. Dan komt er plotseling een hele brigade uit de keuken. N.B. het ontbijt is tot 10:00 uur.

Camera spaziosa e pulita. Un po datata negli arredi. L’aria condizionata era molto rumorosa tant’è che abbiamo preferito spegnerla.la colazione buona ricca di dolci. Poco salato. Mancano le verdure. Il personale che assiste la colazione un po sbrigativo. Mi è capitato di chiedere un chiarimento ma la risposta non è stata molto cordiale. Anzi un po tranchant. La reception invece molto cordiale. Il ceckin è stato veloce e cordiale. Anche il ceckout. Migliorabile sicuramente .
