Great location and a lovely stay for a short trip. Roberto was very helpful and responsive. The breakfast across the street was a great start to the morning.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Lovely, spacious, tastefully decorated room in a gorgeous old building situated in a great location for visiting beautiful Verona.
Great property! Roberto was very helpful, prior to arrival and during check-in. Provided good information for places to visit in Verona.
Property was spacious (reserved for 4 persons), and breakfast served at the local restaurant across the street. Easy accessibility to shops, restaurants, and local historical places.
Would consider again for the future.
Roberto was fantastic to work with. The room was vlose to walk to everything. The local food around was definitely worth stopping for. We chose things off the beaten path for places to eat. The room was clean, easy to get to, and affordable.
This is a wonderful place for visiting Verona, it is outside of the TL zones and a short walk from the old town. It’s very spacious for family of 4, we were very happy and would definitely recommend. Verona is also amazing, the people, the energy, the architecture, we absolutely loved it and will definitely return.
Lodge was centrally located and easy walking distance to all great things Verona has to offer. Room was clean and comfortable. Check in could have gone better with less attitude
Owner very accommodating and clearly proud of his rooms. Room nicely decorated, balcony overlooking street. Beds clean and comfortable. Breakfast at seperate location but was fine.
Room was very spacious, nice and clean. Location of the hotel is just few minutes walk from the Arena. We parked infront of the hotel for free because on Sundays parkjing in Verona is for free. Breakfast was in a cafe next to the hotel. We would stay again.
The apartment was very well located and nice. The only problem was that we lost one of the room cards and when it was time to take responsibility and pay for having lost it, Roberto was very rude, even though I had gone to show my face and pay for the lost card.

Disliked: Staff & service
Good location. Check in was easier than we thought from the pre visit information. Room was a little dirty. Hair in and on the bidet… not that we use it . An ok place. It is not a bed and breakfast. You get a ticket for a nearby place for a coffee and a little bite to eat. That place was nice but it is not b&b.
Roberto was excellent helping us to check in and arrange to meet him.
Room was very good, bed was fantastic there was instant coffee and given that we are in Italy maybe a better choice of coffee would have been the last nice touch. But no issues.
Breakfast over the road was nice and great location.
Roberto even arranged to look after our bags on departure.
Great guy, great place
Great room to stay in for our 2 night visit. Short walking distance from the train station and 10min walk to the Arena, shops and restaurants. Very clean and very quiet being on a main road. The windows block out any noise. Roberto is a great host. He met us when we arrived and showed us everything we needed. Breakfast was available at the cafe over the road, simple but did the job. Would definitely return.
We had just one night in Verona and I wanted something close enough to the City Center but also close enough to walk to and from the train station. We didn't plan to spend much time in the room so it didn't have to be luxurious. This exceeded our needs. Roberto, the host, was excellent. Communicated very well and gave us good suggestions. I will stay there again next time in Verona if it's available.
The property while expensive is still pretty decent. But I am never staying at a property where there is no regular management present onsite or that doesn’t have a reception desk. The check in time is extremely restrictive if you’re a minute late after 7 to check in even if you’re driving in from out of town you’ll be warned that you will not be checked in. Zero understanding of any exceptions. Same with check out. I checked in at a hotel across the street Hotel Firenze for the next night it was substantially cheaper and a lot nicer with extremely professional friendly and helpful staff at the 24 hour front desk. They have covered parking and onsite free breakfast.
