Ideal location for a short stay

Ideally placed for a short walk to the Arena for the opera and the many restaurants in the old town this is in a quiet suburb of Verona also just a short walk from the amazing Giardeni Giusti gardens which should also be seen. A shorter walk from a well stocked little supermarket and directly opposite was a lovely bakers for breakfast

Pros: Verona Rooms had gorgeous views from their balcony. The room was the biggest one I stayed in while in Italy. It was very clean, comfortable, and the staff was very helpful. It is a close 5 minute walk to the river and the market. I would definitely recommend this place. Cons: It was a bit noisy for my taste, but doable. The bed and pillows were not my favorite but again it worked.

Cozy and clean,closed to all major attractions with a touch of “we are live here for years!nice options for a fresh breakfast and lunch like a locals( try the bakery across the street ..2 sweet ladies will make your coffee memorable!( Thanks Mrs Susana and Elizabeth!) If you are looking for a star property that’s not your place, If you looking to be like a local in a safety and clean place this place is perfect!! “ Only one inconvenient .. no elevators and stairways need more aeration.)

The place is not a hotel but a nice group of appartments very well located - a few steps from every monument in the city. So you should not expect all the facilities of a hotel. The place is clean, nice and well located.

Great spot close to the gothic quarter within waking distance to everything, not attended but owners very helpful over whatsapp Very small negative we were on the top floor (3) which is stair access only so if you have heavy bags take your time if you are of the older generation or book second floor Rooms are lovely and bed very comfortable

This property and the property manager were amazing! It’s a very cute and cozy place and our hostess was incredibly helpful and available all day. However, the noise on the street at night was horrible. Busy traffic and there were loud drunk people that we heard all night, until 2:30am. It’s very conveniently located and an easy walk to see all the things!!

Overall satisfactory. Most of tourist destinations are within walking distance. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The owners are friendly and helpful. The apartments lie within a rather old building and occupy the second and third floors and there is no elevator. For guests seeking accommodation in Verona on a budget, this is acceptable. Buses to and from Verona PN are within 5 minutes walk.

The room was great. The host made sure we were able get into the building & room. There was a coffee machine, a small fridge w/2 water bottles & a couple of snacks. The only fown side was it was on the 3rd floor with no elevator. We had 3 heavy luggages.

Nice hotel across the river

Nice hotel on the other side of the river from Verona's main attractions. It is only a 10-15min walk. The room was very basic and it is on a main street so it was pretty noisy at night.

Great hosts.

Last minute stop due to flight being cancelled. Alessia couldnt do enough for us. She helped with travel arrangements due to our lack of the italian language. Room situated 5 min walk from the centre. Great little place to stay as a couple for sight seeing. Alessia couldnt do enough. Would definitely recommend and will use again if i was to visit Verona.

Read the details promoting this property carefully

The fact that it was four floors up and only a very sweet, young, cleaner was there. I misunderstood that this was just a few rooms scattered about a building. The owner was polite when I remarked about the lack of contact. If you are looking for basic at quite expensive rates, then this is for you.

Aluksi oli vaikeutta löytää majapaikka enkä saanut puhelimella yhteyttä majoittajaan. Mutta itse asunto on boheemin mukava ja hyvällä paikalla nähtävyyksiä ajatellen. Vastapäätä on mukava kahvila jossa nauttia aamupalaa.Huoneen kunto vähän kulahtanut esim. ilmastointi piti mahdotonta ääntä mutta onneksi kuitenkin toimi!
