Ok hotel for a stopover to visit Verona, and more like a hostel than a hotel with i.e. shared bathroom. Pretty far out of the center of town. Yet the staff was very friendly and while the place itself could do with some maintenance and upgrades (like the mattresses) it was a convenient place for our trip to Verona.

No check in information was provided. No one answered when I rang the contact number. Luckily a maintenance person was passing and he helped. The room smelt of cigarette and the maintenance guy tried to say it was the air freshener he used. In fact I think it may have been that they allowed smoking right outside the windows of the room. Things got worse then, even though my booking was clearly for a comfort room with double bed and sofa bed for my son they setup the room for 2 adults. I know I specified this in my reservation but that information somehow got lost in the booking system. They then tried to charge another 35€ for my son, even though TCs says 15€ - I felt I was being conned. To top it off the bath or shower leaked all over the floor and they tried to say it was us rather than leaky plumbing. We left and found somewhere else to stay, an incredibly frustrating experience and I would strongly suggest you avoid this place and stay elsewhere. There was no acceptance of any wrong doing on their part and their attitude was very, very disappointing.

Buon soggiorno anche se con qualche piccolo neo

Abbiamo preso due camere diverse con prezzi diversi, una delle due comprendeva la colazione l'altra no. In realtà la struttura non presenta una sala colazione ed un servizio. In entrambe le camere è presente una macchinetta del caffè di tipo casalingo (una Nespresso) delle capsule compatibili, delle merendine, fette biscottate, marmellata, ecc. confezionate, nulla di fresco. Nelle camere è presente una locandina che riporta che sebbene non sia compreso nel prezzo la colazione e gentilmente offerta. In realtà nel prezzo di una camera era compresa. A parte questo piccolo neo la struttura è nuova, si prenta pulita con parcheggio comodo. Non è molto visibile il cartello della struttura, appena arrivati non l'abbiamo trovata subito, probabilmente un camioncino parcheggiato ne ostruiva la vista. E' lontana dal centro. Nel complesso la valutazione è sicuramente positiva ed anche il prezzo è sicuramente in linea.

Zimmer mit Frühstück gebucht, im Zimmer eine Nachricht das kein Frühstück serviert wird, ein paar in Plastik eingepackte kipferl eine Kaffeemaschine und im Kühlschrank tetrapack kindersaft und joghurt. Ausser der reinigungskraft, die kein Englisch konnte niemand zu sehen. Für den Preis viel zu teuer.

great night at vittis

it was a great hosting and place to stay. there is no kind of reception, so you have to stay in touch with the host by email so they know when you arrive but besides it, it was amazing, the place is tidy and very cozy. we loved it, also it includes breakfast, which is bread, jam, yoghurt, juice and coffee, but if you are on a exploring trip it is awesome. hot water and nice beds. in general it was a great night.

Estancia muy bien en lo que consierne habitación, acogida,commodidad y limpieza. Lo unico menos es la ubicazion esta fuera de Verona en zona industrial pero sin ruidos bastante traquilo ,paradel bus la mas rapidaa unos 800metros pero hay dos mas cerca pero el recogidomas largo para llegar al centro.Para el que le de igual no estar en el centro esta muy bien recomiendo.

Ottimo hotel in tutto

Ottimo Hotel,personale gradevole,ottima posizione,pulito,stanza molto comoda con servizio gratis di frigo bar e macchinetta da caffe,con colazione,bagno spazioso,lo consiglierei ad amici e conscenti.Forse l'unico appunto che si potrebbe fare e che ci vorrebbero per ogni stanza delle luci di emergenza.
