"I wasn’t pleased at all they advertised pool and hot tub the hot tub was not working and it was not posted and the service was terrible I will not recommend this place"

"Got there 5pm, room was not available. Had to come back an hour later and when I got to my room a man was still inside mopping, told me I can come in and leave my items but I was not comfortable with that. Came back later and the door was left opened and there's paint everywhere on the floors and it just felt gross"

"Not bad for the price. Staff was very friendly. Location a bit difficult to get into but doable. Did have a clean Indoor pool and a small gameroom. Room was clean but small TV. Bed was a bit hard and walls are very thin."

"Super friendly staff attended there on the pub crawl. Opted for the Lakeview, which I’m glad I did. We had a gorgeous balcony room was extremely spacious. Two of us easily got ready in the bathroom together. Yes the only downfall was the lingering smell of marijuana throughout the hallways. The bartender was less than ideal. Did not know how to make half the drinks and the one she told us she could end up not having half the mixes for DJ was amazing. The food we ordered from the kitchen was pretty good. If they had a better bartender and their liquor was stacked up we would’ve spent majority of the night there even though we returned later in the evening to finish out the crawl. It is absolutely somewhere I would stay again. I believe Chris was the doorman. He had a wonderful personality and always upbeat. Definitely an asset! The ladies upfront were super friendly and very personable they even remembered when I had to call there a couple of weeks prior and given we had about six rooms booked up together. They accommodated us all and getting us side-by-side of each other so we weren’t scattered all over. Can’t wait to stay there again."

"We took our niece (14) and nephew (11) on a spring break trip as their Christmas gift. The resort had everything we were looking for. We rented a 3 bedroom cabin with a 4th bed in the pull out couch. The cabin was clean, had a full-sized refrigerator and stove/oven for cooking, plenty of seating in the living space for the 4 of us, and had a great view of the water. We sat on the porch and watched the sun set over the water. It turned out to be 95 deg while we were there, but the cabin had air conditioning that worked well. The fire pit was supplied with wood so we were able to grill hot dogs and makes s'mores. The Wi-Fi worked well. It was the first week open for the season, so it wasn't busy like I'm sure it is once summer comes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. The resort is a few miles from town and restaurants, but we bought groceries for our stay before we got to the resort and cooked simple meals instead of driving into town to eat out."

"No internet for TV, bathroom tub & toilet stained, mold on ceiling in bathroom, stains on carpeting, safety latch on door broken, foyer steps smelled & had dirt clods all the way up steps! will NOT be returning to this motel! Outside trash bins overflowing And we paid for this!"

"They didn't have juice the hot tub broken pool not heated breakfast was days old. The owner was rude and disrespectful very bad decision and worse red roof ive ever stayed inn and then wanted us to leave because we used pool towels to dry off. Go anywhere else but there. "
