The bed was ok apart from the awful pillows (which you will find in most German hotels sadly) which are big, floppy and offer no support to your head. The bathroom was clean. The hill up to the hotel is very steep if youre walking. Hard work with a heavy suitcase, especially on the cobbles! Surrounding area nice. Near to the old town with the beautiful castle and churches. Staff were nice. They spoke English and booked a taxi...

"Centrally located Aachen hotel with many wonderful conveniences. Breakfast buffet was delicious and offered cooked to order eggs. Great beers on offer in the lobby too. Overall excellent property. "
