The hand written personalized note along with an uplifting quote was such a nice gesture by your check-in staff. No complaints about our stay! I would definitely go back when visiting Lyon."

"We stayed one night and the room was large and quiet, a short walk from a main square with plenty of dining options. Valence isn’t somewhere we’d return to (it was a bit scungy & dirty with little tourist engagement or attractions) - we were just staying overnight on our way to Barcelona, but we’d recommend this hotel to others doing the same. Hotel staff were lovely and we managed to score a car park, which was very convenient. "

"The staff are nice. The room is clean. The hotel is located close to the bus stop which is good for a customer with big luggages. However, it’s quite a walk to go to the center. At night, I don’t feel comfortable walking alone to/from center. It’s maybe just me. "
