"Excellent location in terms of airport proximity. Free, very frequent hotel shuttle took us between the hotel and the airport which was also the nearest major train station. Very happy with the large suite we got! Noor in the front desk was superb, as was everyone else we interacted with."

"I would not recommend this hotel. During our stay in May 2026, the sofa bed in our room collapsed in the middle of the night while my son was sleeping on it under normal use. This created a serious safety concern and significantly disrupted our stay. Photos of the broken sofa bed are attached. The hotel acknowledged the incident and agreed to provide CHF 150 in compensation. Because the reservation was made through Expedia, the hotel stated that it could not refund my credit card directly and requested my banking information instead, which I promptly provided. More than three weeks passed without any payment despite multiple follow-up emails. Management repeatedly indicated that the compensation would be processed, yet no payment was received and communication became increasingly limited. I ultimately obtained a refund through Expedia. Had the hotel informed me from the beginning that Expedia was the appropriate channel for resolving the matter, it would have saved weeks of unnecessary waiting and repeated follow-up requests. The hotel did not respond to my emails at the end. Problems can happen at any hotel, but clear communication and follow-through are important. Based on both the incident and the way it was handled afterward, I cannot recommend this hotel."

"This hotel is found inside a high rise so you have to go to the 7th floor bar to check in. They seem to want to make it self check in so have screens set up for you to input all your information. They did try and get me to do this beforehand but I was busy enjoying my vacation. We were traveling with another couple and were early so they kept our bags while we went to lunch and said the rooms would be ready at 3:00 at the latest. We came back at 1:30 and our friends room was ready but not ours. Ours wasn't ready until exactly 3:00. It seemed odd. My guess was since we booked through Expedia we were being punished. The rooms were great though, it's a huge hotel so a long way from the elevator. Big clean room and great air conditioning."

"A functional hotel conveniently situated opposite Lausanne railway station and 40 yards from the metro entrance. The complimentary transport card that is provided allows easy access up to the old town (2 stops) and down to the lakeside (4 stops). My room facing the station (currently undergoing major expansion) was compact and reasonably comfortable, with a notably high pressure shower. The station surroundings are typically unprepossessing but the attractive parts of the town are not far distant."
