"Lost power in hotel. No explanation, pitch black in rooms. No heat. Got into the 50s during night. Thank goodness I had small flashlight! No explanation why there was no power. Eventually other guest told me there were outages due to weather. I understand that happens but staff should have told guests situation. Decided to return to airport dry early where there was electricity and lights. Try to navigate pitch black hotel room. Staff unsympathetic."

"The first room we were in had an awful smell so we switched to another room that was much better. The room was spacious and clean for the most part. The walls and lampshades could use some dusting though. They had good heating that was adjustable in the room. The hotel lobby and hall area could certainly use an upgrade. We were only there for one night, so the room served its purpose. The front desk person was great and accommodating. "
