The staff at the hotel were friendly and very accommodating. We loved the variety of restaurant options and the view at breakfast looking over the Bay of Naples to Vesuvius was stunning! We found it easy to get into Sorrento via train (a 10 minute walk, followed by a 10 minute journey) and we would not hesitate to come again. A true 5 star experience!

Location short walk from train station to access Pompeii and Sorrento and shuttle bus from hotel in morning and evening into local town Vico Equense which is ok but not as vibrant or charming as position or Sorrento. The only thing negative is that the a/c was not up to par for a 5 star hotel. Aside from that the hotel met all expectaions. The manager, Dominico went over and above what was expected. Also , all the people at the desk , especially Ida was great. Also, shout out to Simone the bartender at the pool bar🙂
