“Met the owner after a call and got the keys and tour. The property is clean and maintained with rooms around a shared space. You can hear other people in the shared space. The location is very convenient to the airport and central station as well as sights in Pisa.”

“There were problems with the following things in my room with a bathroom: WiFi dropped constantly Bidet broken Ants in the bathroom Tv so high on the wall that it was unwatchable Wardrobe with only three hangers Doors left open to the building and hotel Air conditioner turned off at about 1 AM every night Clock was so ugly Toilet seat broken I messaged about the WiFi and the bidet problems, but they didn’t do anything or offer any assistance.”

“Clean room, good location! Staff was helpful with organizing a transfer to the airport early in the morning. Free snacks and wine was a nice touch! Would’ve been nice to have a queen/king mattress rather than 2 singles put together.”

“The room was average, but the staff were rude, unprofessional, and unwelcoming. They ignored us, never greeted us, and made it clear we weren't welcome. Breakfast was poor—one egg was rotten—so I skipped meals there to avoid food poisoning. They focused on telling us about inconveniences like the closed pool and broken gate, and that we should leave before 10:00 on the last day. I cannot recommend this place; the owners are unsuited for hospitality.”
