“Excellent location. Lockers available for early arrival. Helpful staff.”

“Pros: parking on site for 20 euros per night, Decent sized bright room with high ceiling. Big walk in shower with great water pressure. Easy walk to attractions. Cons: WiFi/data service was bad! Our room looked at a wall. Minimal counter space in the bathroom for toiletries. The mattress was too hard for our taste.”

“Beautiful old building in a very nice location in Trieste. We had a wonderful stay in every way”

“The property is perfectly located - one short block from the Grand Canal, about 10 minutes walk from the railway station and about 5 minutes to the harbour front. Luca, the owner, was very easy to communicate with, mostly via WhatsApp, and met us outside the building to give us the keys and show us around. We had booked the Taupe room, which has its own bathroom. The Green room’s dedicated bathroom is a short walk across a landing. Our room was huge, with a separate sitting room both...

“Ottima accoglienza, camera silenziosa e pulita, colazione eccellente ”

“Staff was extremely helpful in helping us locate a place for laundry and super friendly. Located close to city canter and what a party the city was having the night we arrived! Would stay here again!”

“Tres bel accueil.

“almost everything is excellent. Meets my expectation, even more. Valet parking is very convenient with reasonable price. Well located and very clean. One thing is air-conditionner: it works, but very weak. :( Otherwise, I will revisit this hotel if I go Trieste again.”

“Old classic hotel with very good service!”

“My impression from the listing was that it was a boutique type hotel. The proprietor was only present in the mornings. The facility consisted of 4 rooms an entry way and a dining room. We did not receive instructions prior to arriving how to access the entry way. We stood in the heat weary, after traveling 22 hours trying to call the number on the plaque outside the door. When we finally reached the proprietor he buzzed us in. I climbed the stairs looking for the property and at first couldn't...
