The property is a good budget-friendly option and conveniently located close to the town center. It was warm, clean, and provided the essentials for a basic stay. However, there were no mirrors in the room, and the poor sound insulation made it difficult to sleep well. Communication with the host was also challenging, which added some frustration to the experience. Additionally, as a remote worker, I was disappointed to find there was no Wi-Fi, which is an essential amenity in today's world. Overall, it's a decent choice for its price if you're just looking for a place to sleep.

Pros 1. Very responsive on WhatsApp 2. Clear and straightforward instructions for self-check in 3. Location is near a huge open “Turkish” market which has everything you need, particularly tasty and inexpensive street food 4. Lots of middle eastern restaurants nearby. Good breakfasts at Liman Resturant 5. Convenient to public transit. No use for me though. Prefer sightseeing on foot, 20 km a day Cons Mostly hardware/maitenence needs update. 1. One of the showers, water floods common area when in use 2. One of the bathrooms cannot be locked from inside, speaking of surprise by someone charging in while you on doing business. Another one, once locked from inside, it’s a struggle to unlock. 3. Linens/towels smell wety/musky because they are let dry in shady common area after being laundered 4. An entrance door cannot be opened from inside until someone showed me how to turn really HARD and force open Basically, the place serves the purpose of having a place to shower and sleep, which suits me.

The bathrooms were always dirty, the showers were not clean and had no space to put our stuff in. Something that was warned is that they didn’t have WiFi, but I would suggest adding one to increase your qualities.

The sheets were all dirty, and had stains all over them, overall a very sketchy building. I attempted three different times to get in contact with the property, once via WhatsApp and twice via email with no response. I had to get in contact with Expedia customer service, and got the bare minimum of a refund. Ended up immediately, leaving and booking a hotel. Do not book!

Lo peor que me ha pasaso y por su irresponsabilidad hoy sigo muy mal de salud, estar 3 horas en la calle esperando me recibieran en una noche muy fria y en pelugro al estar sola, a esta irresponsabilidad le amerira sanciones y espero nadie mas se po ga en peligro, mujeres que viajan solas no usen este alojamiento ppr favor se los ruego

Schlimmer geht es kaum!

Ein überhitzter schmutziger, abgeranzter Raum mit ganz schief hängenden Regal, dazu schmutzige Bettwäsche, die nach Zigaretten Marihuana und Männerschweis stank. Die Matratze nur auf der Wandseite noch einigermaßen ok auf der anderen Seite total durchgelegen. Die sogenannte Küche hat weder irgendwelche Töpfe noch einen funktionierenden Herd noch einen Wasserkocher. Stattdessen hingen dort Laken und Handtücher zum trocknen. Dusche und Toilette funktionierten aber sehr eng und schlimm! Nicht mal ein Haken für Kleidung! Eine Nacht musste ich dort bleiben, dann bin ich ausgecheckt. Das ist eine Zumutung und eine Unverschämtheit sowas zu vermieten.
