Its ok but...

The room was ok and spacious. The location is near to a shopping street, Museum Quarter and other tourist spots. However, the downside is that you can hear the other room. The sound insulation is not that good. We have to knock the wall to warn the other room that they were noisy.

Good location, but in the shower there was a cable metal with a metal end plugged in which was dangerous. The breakfast does not have croissants. The recepcionists aren't very nice

Buena experiencia

El hotel tiene una buena ubicación, cerca de el centro de Viena , lugar seguro de fácil exceso, personal amable lo único es que por esta pagina se promocionan con desayuno incluido y en la realidad cuando llegas es de pago, deberían corregir ese inconveniente, por el resto todo bien.

The hotel and staff were good - it is undergoing some refurbishment and hopefully it will look refreshed soon. The location is ideal for all the cultural things - but the very large building work nearby affects the quietness

Punto di forza la centralità della posizione,che rende quasi superfluo l'uso di mezzi di trasporto. Peccato che di fronte all'hotel ci fosse un locale per giovani con episodi nottufni di schiamazzi che può essre un problema se si dorme con le finestre aperte,mentre di risolve con finestre chiuse. Per il resto tutto ok

Good location, lacking in sustainable practices

We got a choice between 2 rooms as my daughter is in a wheelchair. Bathroom was unsuitable in one (shower only, no seat) but had a tub in the other one, so we chose the second. Cleanliness was good, room was cleaned daily although the bedding has not been changed in the 10 days we were there -- but the towels have been changed often. No option of recycling waste. Lots of small toiletries wrapped in plastic issued daily. TV was tiny and very old style, with bad sound (no online channels, only basic terrestrial channels). No big issue as we were out most of the time, but on the two rainy afternoons it would have been nice to have a chance to watch something. Electrical sockets were minimalistic and used up by the appliances in the room, namely the TV and a table fan which was needed as the rooms have no aircon and can get very hot and humid in the summer. We had to unplug the TV to charge phones. Ceiling fans would be a lot more practical, not difficult to install and economic to run (as opposed to aircon). Lots of street noise at the moment as there is a construction site there (but that's not something the hotel can control) and a student dorm across the street (students go out in to smoke and yell at each other in the middle of the night). Good, varied breakfast, open for quite long hours (6-10 in the week & 7-10 at weekends). Excellent location, easy to walk all around the centre from there and within easy reach of conveniently priced food and drinks. Would use again.
