We stayed in the Pension, not in the main hotel. Room was perfect for our needs. Staff in the hotel were excellent. We had the breakfast at the hotel on one morning. Fabulous choice of healthy options. Very convenient short walk to the underground.

This was an overnight stay in Vienna, so this room was ideal. It was clean and served its purpose very well. At the time it was very hot in Vienna, the room had a fan which was great so we could sleep properly.

The staff were helpful and nice however the property is quite limited, with a separate building for reception, no kettle or toiletries, and the tv wasn't a smart tv, also, though it was lovely that they stored pur luggage, it seemed unprotected and overly casual no tags were assigned, nothing but a key to a room given to me to come amd go from the luggage room as i please.

The staff were so friendly and helpful and able to answer any questions I had. The hotel itself was simple and clean and easy walking distance (5mins) to tram stops and train/underground station. Would definitely stay again.

What a quiet and clean place to stay! The lakeside terrace was great. The owners are very friendly and helpful. In addition, it is very reasonably priced and I can't complain.

Room was generally clean although there was an empty condom wrapper and two hankies down the side of the bed. The room was at the entrance to the Pension so people coming and going at all times of the day - I wore earplugs and it was fine. Pod style shower room might not be to everyone’s taste but if you are efficient it is not a problem. The check in Registration sheet was in German so if that is not your first language then you might need some help. Other than that, it was exceptional value.

Inexpensive, clean, safe, convenient and friendly!

I stayed at the pension which is a 1 minute walk from the main hotel. It is inexpensive, very clean and secure for both the building and my room. The neighborhood is in safe area and very convenient to public transportation (5-8 minute walk). Everything was excellent

It was said at the booking that there is parking It was one of my priorities. They gave me a plate for fee for the night and I had to park my car on the steeet. In the morning I found my car with a fully broken right rear-view mirror. Nobody helped me they suggested to report it to the police The policemsn said it is "normal" In my opinoin it is absolutely not. Who eill oay for my damage?

空港バスがあり店が多いウィーン西駅から徒歩10分、すぐ近くにトラム駅もあり交通便利、部屋は静かだった。12 月で気温２℃毎日曇天だったが、暖房は効いていて暑いお湯は出た。ゴミ箱にゴミが残っていたこと、シャワーの排水口がやや詰まったこと以外は値段相応。 治安がいいウィーンだが受付がある本館は24 時間スタッフがいて、早朝深夜もチェックイン出来て安心った、親切。ロストバゲージがあってホテル着にしたが、受付で受領してくれる配慮もあった。スーツケースも地下室で預かってもらえた。

Alles heel schoon en netjes, vriendelijk personeel en alles vlot geregeld. De badkamer is een cabin die wat krap is, maar voor mij was dat geen probleem. Gelegen in een fijne buurt. Oordopjes zijn aangeraden als je aan de straatkant met het raam open wil kunnen slapen

Alles war bestens, das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und bringt einen sehr Gut in den Neuen Tag. Das personal ist sehr Nett und Hilfsbereit. In dem Zimmer in der Pension ist alles Gut, klein aber fein. Es fehlt nur ein kleiner Tisch (zum Beispiel ein kleiner Klappbarer Tisch an der Wand angebracht) damit man mit dem Laptop im sitzen Arbeiten kann.

Preis/Leistung sehr gut. Saubere Zimmer. Hatten ein Zimmer zum Innenhof, war sehr ruhig. Eine Klimaanlage und ein Kühlschrank wäre nicht schlecht. Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich. Strassenbahn gleich ums Eck. Gute Verbindung in das Zentrum.
