The property was in the process of change of administration. The installation was ok, not the best location but a close walking distance to the Schrobrunn Palace. All else was a 20 minute drive away. Staff was rude except for one receptionist which who was not native of Austria. Everyone else, even in restaurant lacked manners and do not know a dime about cordial service. Such a disappointment for being in hospitality service. After the change of administration on our third night there things started to get better. Staff was better trained and amenities were being stocked. Breakfast is a repeat every single morning. Don’t plan on having diversity to pick and choose from.

The hotel location itself is great, my room is amazing, breakfast is something to die for. They have the best selection I have ever encountered in my travels. There’s nothing more to say about because I immensely enjoyed my stay here and I am just all praises.

Very nice hotel, affordable breakfast with lots of choices. This hotel is 15 min walk to the Shonbrunn palace and 20 min walk to subway to go down town. Rooms are clean every second day. Hotel have a bar with finger food available for dinner it also have a small shelf service snack outlet wich I liked very much. Hotel is near several restaurant. I highly recomend this hotel if you d'ont mind takind subway to go down town. Use of subway is very easy and safe and clean.

An average non-descript generic chain hotel with way overpriced breakfast, considering that the selection is at the level of a three star hotel. Quite expensive underground parking (considering the out of center location), but a nice perk is the free EV charging. Don’t pay for the breakfast and it’s an excellent deal out of season.

We loved our stay at the Doubletree. Spacious rooms, with easy access to Schonbrunn palace, and accommodating staff. For kids in particular - plenty of room to keep strollers in the room, great infant bed, and a bathtub the littles can use. We would gladly stay again with our family of four.

This property is located only 5 minutes from the Schonbrunn Palace. You can catch the Hop on Off buses from Schonbrunn. Loved the property itself and the breakfast was good. Parking is located under the hotel.

Brilliant Hotel

The hotel was a very nice place to stay at, the beds were very comfortable to sleep in. Also the staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and had a lot to offer. The location was decent to and walking distance was handy. I definitely recommend it

I loved staying at Doubletree. Best location and has easy transport connections. The hotel was spotless and spacious. Very accessible and the staff was warm and very welcoming. At walking distance cafes' are available. I would recommend it and will go back whenever I visit again!
