Environment is pretty charming and cool. Full of young people. Room is ok, bed comfortable and breakfast ok. Location is convenient, walking distance from the metro. I didn’t rate 5 stars just because I had some alergic reaction (perhaps due to polen?)

Der Wilhelmshof
A very quiet part of the city, handy for the train station. It's a 20 minute walk to the centre. There are some places to eat locally however more in the centre.

Hilton Vienna Waterfront
The aircon was broken. Would always run 17 degrees, even when I switched it off it was still running cold air and our room was super freezing, I got sick the following day

SO/ Vienna
The room felt like a prison cell. The paint was peeling off the wall. Service at the restaurant was not really service. And the light switches would turn everything off every time you tried to turn enough light on in my cell to see at night.

ibis Wien Messe
Great for the price, and they also had my room ready on request a few hours before check in. Close to the subway line to get to the city centre.
