I had requested an electric kettle and a microwave, and they promptly provided them. All the staff were kind, but I wish the front desk staffs could be a bit friendlier. We had the infinity pool to ourselves quite often and we as easy to find places to relax. It was close enough to El Conquistador to still enjoy the amenities.
