When we arrived here we found out that the beach rental was not included with our reservation. Expedia didn’t provide this option at the time of the booking. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Hotel cher, personnel peu avenant.

Receptionniste de l'après midi pas aimable, qui ne parlait pas français et très peu anglais. A notre arrivée, rien ne nous a été expliqué. Durant tout le séjour, la climatisation n'a jamais fonctionné, sans qu'aucune solution n'est pu nous être apportée. Il faut porter un bonnet de bain à la piscine et celle ci ferme la moitié de l'après midi. Les dîners au restaurant de l'hôtel sont chers et les petits déjeuners copieux mais la salle est très bruyante. Aucun membre du personnel parle français et très très peu parlent anglais (même pas toutes les réceptionnistes !). En bref c'est un hôtel cher, au standing correct.

We had a lovely room (333) overlooking the pool. A big balcony with a smaller one off the bedroom. Beautiful views of the sunset. Helpful staff, who tried hard with their English so we could understand. The pool was immaculately kept. It didn’t open until 9.30, you need to wear hats and it shuts between 1-3 but that was fine because the beach is just at the end of the road. A small supermarket is also at the end of the road and the beach oasi beach beds do a discount if you say you are staying at the hotel. Vieste town is lovely, a great place to wander in the evening plenty of restaurants and shops. A drive along the coast and the views of the beach and the bays are gorgeous. We loved our stay, something for everyone.

Prezzo congruo, struttura buona, qualche pecca

Bella struttura con giardino, abbastanza recente e ben organizzata. Sufficientemente vicina al mare. Abbiamo apprezzato la tipologia di camera “Junior suite” o “Quadruple Room”, composta da porticato con accesso diretto dall’esterno, un soggiorno con divano letto doppio, un bagno, una camera completamente separata dal soggiorno e un balconcino. La nostra camera era la 201, comoda per quasi tutto, un po’ meno per il rumore dell’animazione che si protraeva fino alle 23:30. E il WiFi non prendeva assolutamente. Nel portico c'era anche una corda con mollette per stendere. Climatizzatore in entrambi i locali a regolazione separata. Pulizie celeri e puntuali. Sul sito Hotels.com è scritto “spiaggia privata”, ma non è vero: l’Hotel non ha spiaggia, ma è convenzionato con tre diversi Lidi. C’era un servizio di noleggio gratuito delle biciclette, ma erano in numero abbastanza limitato. Lo stesso vale per il servizio navetta per Vieste città: non siamo riusciti ad usufruirne perché le corse erano veramente poche e il piccolo pulmino era insufficiente per tutte le persone in attesa. Tramite Hotels.com non era possibile prenotare mezza pensione, o pensione completa. Mi avevano scritto che “il supplemento del servizio ristorante è di 25€ a persona al giorno per la mezza pensione e 35€ per la pensione completa, bevande escluse”, ma poi il ristorante è risultato sempre saturo (tavoli assegnati con servizio al tavolo al tavolo e scelta tra tre primi/secondi/contorni).

Bella vacanza a Vieste

Abbiamo soggiornato in una junior suite, spaziosa e pulita. Abbiamo usufruito soltanto della colazione che non era male ma nulla di speciale. Zona piscina e giardini molto bella e curata. Animazione presente. Posizione a 5 minuti dal mare e 1,5km circa dal centro. Nel complesso ottima vacanza

Soggiorno piacevole

Il soggiorno è stato piacevole, la settimana è passata velocemente, un po' di delusione sugli orari della navetta che portava e veniva a prenderci a Vieste, l'abbiamo fatta il più della volte a oiedi. I bagagli in camere te lo devo portare da solo. Animazione bimbi e per adulti molto spartana e insufficiente. Sembrava fatta da personale non qualificato. La organizzazione di svago (freccette, bocce, calcetto, balli di gruppo, tornei a carte ecc.) non ce ne sono state. Una sera c'è stata una gara a carte ma solo con due tavolini di 4 persone e gara di ballo con tre coppie. Nessun servizio ombrelloni in spiaggia convenzionato con l'hotel.

Albergo bello ma migliorabile

Abbiamo prenotato questo albergo per una settimana. L'albergo dista pochissimo dalla spiaggia di Pizzomunno che è bellissima, anche se l'albergo non ha una spiaggia sua ma dovete concordare e pagare il posto spiaggia con l'omonimo lido. L'albergo è bello e ben dotato di spazi compreso una piscina e di un ristorante. C'è una navetta che vi porta in centro a Vieste che in alta stagione però è insufficiente per il numero degli ospiti. Abbiamo avuto una camera in cui l'aria condizionata non ha mai funzionato bene soffrendo il caldo, nonostante le nostre segnalazioni e le scuse raccontateci dalla reception. Abbiamo chiesto di anticipare la colazione dell'ultimo giorno per la nostra partenza e non è stato possibile. Per essere un 4 stelle il servizio non è stato proporzionato.

Hôtel très bien situé, à proximité de la plage et à 25 minutes à pied du centre historique de Vieste. Chambre double plutôt bien. Attention, certaines chambres ont le salon sans fenêtre (canapé 2 personnes), ce qui n'était pas notre cas. Le point faible est la piscine. Elle est très jolie et fonctionnelle mais il est obligatoire de porter un bonnet de bain (bonjour le look...) et les horaires sont limités : fermée entre 13h et 15h et fin à 19h. De plus la musique de l'animation est très forte jusqu'à tard le soir.

Ottima location, piscina adatta soprattutto ai bimbi, ottimo servizio check in (anche se all'arrivo mancava la culla come richiesto in fase di prenotazione) e di pulizia. Carenze per il servizio ristorazione (l'ambiente dettato dalla responsabile di sala è più appropriato ad una caserma che ad un villaggio vacanze).

l'albergo è carino ma non vicino al mare

la ns camera era al piano terra e non molto aereata, l'aria condizionata non era proprio il massimo e la notte non potevamo tenere l'unica finestra aperta, inoltre il bagno era pieno di formiche e la doccia perdeva acqua, l'abbiamo segnalato alla reception ci è stato detto che avevano risolto il problema ma non era vero

Struttura accogliente. Rapporto Q/P un po alto

Il rapporto qualità prezzo, secondo me, è un po' sproporzionato. Alla fine ci siamo divertiti lo stesso, soprattutto grazie alla piscina adatta ai bambini. La camera era molto pulita e il personale disponibile e cordiale. Ottima la colazione, abbondante. Peccato ci siano stati aspetti non piacevoli. La camera non era come quella prenotata. Doveva essere una doppia matrimoniale e mi sono trovato a dormire su un lettino vicino a un frigorifero rumorosissimo (l'ho dovuto staccare di notte). Al posto di un TV piatto c'era un tubo catodico un po' troppo datato (mio figlio si chiedeva cosa fosse). Camera disponibile non prima delle 16, come da check in previsto. Peccato mancassero coperte, asciugamani, asciugacapelli, kit di benvenuto e telecomando del condizionatore. Fatto presente in direzione e prontamente pervenuti, ma di fatto la camera l'abbiamo avuta alle 17.00. Di contro alle 9.15 si erano già presentati per la pulizia della camera, quando avevo tempo fino alle 10.00 per lasciarla. In camera, inoltre, c'era il listino per quella camera e il prezzo era qualcosina in meno (13 euro) rispetto a quanto pagato. Wifi in camera del tutto assente

Schönes, kleines Hotel

Wunderschönes, kleines Hotel am Rande der Altstadt. Zwar an der Hauptstrasse gelegen, dank gut isolierten Fenster nachts sehr ruhig.

Potrebbe migliorare!

Sinceramente mi aspettavo qualcosa in piu'. Le camere nella struttura nuova sono molto moderne ma non piacciono a tutti, l'ambiente freddo e un po' isolato anche se vicinissimo alla parte vecchia. La colazione del mattino e servizi di ristorazione sono disponibili solo presso la struttura vecchia quindi per chi vuole scendere in ciabatte e' molto scomodo. ( ecco perche' abbiamo cambiato la camera). Non abbiamo usato la piscina dell'hotel ma sembra gradevole. Non si capisce la tessera club oasi. Secondo me e' un modo per guadagnare altri soldi dai clienti.Capisco la tassa comunale ma altri servizi come il parcheggio, l'utilizzo della piscina , l'animazione dovrebbereo essere inclusi ( visto che la struttura e' tipica estiva). Scarsa pulizia della camera. Il primo giorno il mio fidanzato mi ha portato cornetti e lattecaffe' in camera.. i piatti e le posate sono rimasti dentro , sporchi fino al giorno della nostra partenza. La doccia del bagno andrebbe pulita con piu' attenzione.

Bell'hotel per una vacanza sul gargano

la struttura è molto grande e piacevole, comoda anche la piscina e simpatica l'animazione. La colazione è buona e abbondante, la camera pulita e ampia. Comoda anche la posizione vicino al mare. L'unica pecca è l'antipatia di alcune ragazze alla reception.. per il resto lo consiglio
