"Ça fait 5 nuits que je suis ici dans la même chambre et j’ai du prendre une autre chambre puisque celle que j’avais à été réservé par quelqu’un d’autre et j’ai demandé hier que l’on prépare l’autre chambre avant l’heure qu’on est censé prendre possession 15h et la personne à la réception la fin de semaine n’a pas suivi ma demande qui a été acceptée hier et me fait attendre jusqu’à 15j et pas vraiment de sourire. Elle devrait pas être à la réception à mon avis mais plutôt à laver les toilettes"

"This property seemed almost brand new. The staff was extremely friendly, and the room was wonderful. It was about 20 minutes from the metro station, which we caught to go downtown for the F1 race. This made the hotel with a bigger value in the long run. There are also several good restaurants within walking distance across the parking lot. They also have EV chargers level 3."
