Excellent customer service. The only thing I did not like is that they put me on a bedroom with two beds when I booked a queen bed. Breakfast delicious and the Hotel is very nice overall.

Staff is amazing!!!

Staff go beyond their power to make you feel comfortable and welcome! Alexandra get us all we need even strong for a late check in! The other ladies next morning just as lovely as she was!! Quiet night and great rest!

Good breakfast, and very good lunch and dinner at very reasonable prices compared to restaurants in the area. The menu of each day (1st course, 2nd course, dessert, drink and coffee/tea = Euros 16). The staff is very friendly and helpful. I only wish they provided soap bars or had dispensers for shower gel instead of the little packages of shower gel they distribute. Need to change this product. Also, it would be nice if they had a small and clean iron for those of us who need to attend a work meeting. Easy stuff to solve. Everything else......no complains on my part.

The hotel is very clean. Our room was perfect. I had read complaints about the reduced size of the shower but it's pretty standard and typical of European style. The breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit selection, pastries and my husband enjoyed the traditional jamon serrano with cheese. The service was exceptional and all the staff was very nice. We definitely recommend it.

Staff was amazing, nice breakfast and building looks good. Didn’t like my room. Water leaking in the restroom, making noise all night long. Room looks like a basement, low ceiling, had to watch my head constantly.
