“We state in the basic room, however the room was very basic for the level of the hotel they claimed to be, not even a kettle, one towel per person just a tiny piece on soap on the sink and small soap dispenser in the shower, we got only three coats hangers between two of us, room looked very cheap, we stayed in other 4 star establishments in Tallinn , so came with some expectations, very disappointed, spa is very small and basic, cafe area not cleaned with rubbish and food on the floor mixed...

“The hotel itself was lovely, the facilities are great, the rooms adequate with very comfy beds. The buffet breakfast was also decent! The spa area was very well kept & we loved all the different kind of saunas/steam rooms they had. The local buses are a short walk away & take you to various points of the town. We had a bit of miscommunication with the receptionist after we we told we could use the spa early if our room wasn't ready over email, but arrived to be told a stern no. So instead we...

“조식도 맛있고 조용하고 편안했음 아쉽다면 올드타운과 거리가 조금있다는거와 호텔주위에 아무것도 없다는거,올드타운까지걸어서 10분?15분정도?”
