“Good place - clean and kind service ”

“Shower head would not stay in place”

“It was a good place to explore Oslo, because of its location. Anyway, This hotel isn't a typical one with a front desk. There was no front desk and no 24-hour staff member, which made us feel a bit embarrassed. We had to communicate with the hotel through an app, which I fiund a bit bothersome.”

“Overall the facility is good and the location is great. One thing I experienced is that the hotel has central heating/AC system. The room temperature is a little low in Oct, but manageable by wearing some warm clothes. However, the cold air from the vent somehow flowed towards where my pillow was. I asked the front desk to help but was told they could help nothing. As a result I ended up waking up with sore throat and running nose. The hotel needs to take some action to address this issue.”

“Very convenient to use bus and train”

“Nice place to access the attractions. ”

All this is less than ideal. Note that arrival at the property normally seems to require a phone call to get the door opened.
