“Overall it was a good experience, the staff was great. The only thing is that the bathrooms are a bit outdated and there’s no lobby or common areas in this hotel.”

“This was a stop for us traveling thru the Pyranees. Great location, but I didn't notice that it was a bare minimum hostel. So no towels, no linens. There is, however, an excellent little french restaurant just 500m down the road. Very nice host. ”

“Good value hotel. I liked being able to control heatng in my room; presence of a lift (albeit very small), especially as the staurcase was soiral and narrow; effective double glazing; reasonably priced breakfast; close to main avenue and cable car. Negative points: it was a bit of a trek from the SNCF station (20 minute walk); no shower holder so had to kneel down in bath and hold with one hand.”

“Personne a l’accueil, une chambre certes économique mais avec une chaise faisant office de table de nuit (106€) pas de cabinet de douche, sauf un lavabo. Après réclamation une nouvelle chambre nous a été donnée. Cela ne change rien au fait, que nous avons réservé une chambre dans hôtel ayant toutes les caractéristiques d’un établissement fermé, pas averti que le restaurant était fermé et qu’il fallait se rendre dans un autre établissement pour le petit déjeuner . Donc pas honnête, la seule...

“Do not recommend for non-Spanish speakers. The hosts are lovely and the hotel is nice and clean, but communication for English speakers is tricky. Maybe if you speak French or Italian it could also work, but just FYI, none of the staff speak a word of English. But it’s pretty much like that in the entire Val d’Aran.”
