Great hotel apartment

Was a really nice hotel & apartment. The room was very spacious, with nice facilities. Nice balcony with good golf course & lake view. Breakfast was nice. Really enjoyed hiring the bike for free. Mostly importantly thecstaff were really nice especially the nice lady in reception who did my check in & the gentleman in the bar was was helpful. The price was affordable & good value. I would definitely come back again.

A perfect place for couples or families

This is our second stay in Laguna, and we love it so much, we’ve already booked for next year . The apartment is very spacious and comfortable and we love the terrace with the view over the gold course. We stayed for two weeks and used the washing machine/dryer which is very efficient. The location is excellent and as we always have a rental car we have taken advantage of visiting all the beautiful places nearby.

The staff were fantastic and couldn’t do enough for us. Rooms were spacious and the view over the golf course lovely. We were checking out early and the team gave us packed lunch for the day as we wouldn’t make breakfast.

Great stay at Laguna resort, which is a quiet and relaxing retreat on the outskirts of Vilamoura. Taxi to the marina is around €6, excluding tip. You could walk although it’s about 30mins in the heat. Limited dining options on the resort but plenty within a short taxi ride. Villa cleaned 6 days (Sunday off), downside was the hot tub is not operational and top level unusable, also patio area could have been cleaner. Food from the cafe was okay, though priced at a premium compared to other similar cafes even at the Marina. Staff were helpful and friendly. Definitely would return.

Our apartment had a beautiful golf course view. The complex is pretty quiet, not in the middle of town (plus and con) Due to the tiled floors the apartments are quite noisy at times.

Had superior 1 bed apartment that was very spacious. 25 minute walk to Marina where you could probably eat in different restaurant every night for a month. accommodation just far enough away to be a nice walk there and back but Uber super cheap also

Fantastic accommodation throughout - felt like I was on a retreat it was that relaxing. Stayed over looking golf course which gave us fantastic views (go armed with your mosquito repellant though) - the cafe and bar are well stocked and we enjoyed breakfasts and some lunches there. Pool area is lovely and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. Sadly the bar closed each night at 8pm - this may vary though depending on season. Ubers into Vilamoura and surrounding areas were always on hand and very reasonably priced (around 3.50 euro to Vilamoura) we would definitely book to go again

Brilliant stay and hope to return again soon

Our apartment met all our needs. The staff we spoke with were highly efficient and friendly. We had the sun on our balcony most of the day. We stayed in February and some apartments can be cold but this one was warm and cosy from the moment we arrived. We walked into the marina and also used Uber which is great value ranging from €2.81 to €5.40 per trip. We will return again soon. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

For anyone staying for longer than a couple of days and has a car, the apartments are ideal. The rooms are large, the view from the one we had which overlooks the golf clurse, is spectacular, and the terrace is large. The kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, a Nespresso machine, a washing machine, oven and hob. Our only complaint is the plug outlet above the hob and that there are only four plates, cups and cutlery etc. We will be coming back next year!

The unit we stayed in was bright and airy, large patio doors, large windows, really distinct from conventional Portuguese builds. Loved the unit the setting was in a secure setting. The unit itself could do with more storage units for personal ware and more hooks to hang clothes, otherwise the kitchenette was well equipped, with even 2 ovens. All in all no complaints. Staff were very helpful, free bikes was a bonus.

Disappointed

Booked a "golf view" room which we'd had on a previous stay to be able to watch the sunset and enjoy the late afternoon sun on the balcony. Not only did we not get that or similar room the balcony off the living room of the apartment we did have was not where we could see out from the sofa (just a window view of apartment block opposite and the sky) and the other was off the bedroom and got very little sun because of the apartment overhang above making over half the balcony in shade. Shan't book here in future as no guarantee I would'nt be disappointed again. I did communicate with the hotel whilst there about my experience but they said they had no other rooms available.
