Great stay

This was a super convenient option before a flight. Check in was smooth; room was clean; had a traditional Japanese restaurant attached which was lovely

Convenient for airport

Booked a futon suite for 4 adults. Smaller than it looks in photo. Bathroom really tiny. Was alright for an overnight stay. Shuttle to airport was a bonus.

I will stay at Hotel Area One again

Enjoyed my stay. Hotel was comfortable and convenient to my work destination. Enjoyed the morning breakfast every day :) I also enjoy the public bath and Sauna. Thank you for your great service, everyone was very helpful Dan Steelman

Perfect one night stop after a long day of travel

We stayed here for one night after traveling to Hokkaido with three kids. It was a great place to stop for a night before traveling farther the next day. The ofuro was small but hot and felt great after a long day of travel. The beds were comfortable, the free parking convenient, and the hotel was fairly accessible (had an elevator and no steps into the room, however the bathroom was tiny and had a small step down). The breakfast buffet was delicious. Would definitely recommend.

Great for a one-night stay. Very spartan bathroom but it makes up for it thanks to the nice spa-area on the top floor. Cramped rooms which could be improved to allow for more space for luggage. Good wifi. I would consider staying here again for a night.

Clean and simple good value

Hotel is easy to get to. Short train ride from new chitose airport. 2 stops to Chitose station and then a five minute walk. Bed was comfy. Black out drapes. A rod to hang clothes was useful since I was drying out my ski stuff. Having a kettle and mini fridge was nice. All in all good value. No restaurant but some close by and there is an Aeon shopping mall just 6 minute walk away. Staff were great! Did not get a chance to try the public bath on the 6th floor.

自分には十分すぎる施設でした。寝て起きてお風呂入れるだけで満足です！清潔感も築年数を考えれば許容範囲だと思います。むしろ頑張ってる！

一階ホテル隣接型の居酒屋がホテルから入場出来るのが新鮮だった。駅前にしか飲食店が無かったので食事がてらに飲んで休むには便利です。大浴場も良かったし、隣接する高所の中庭も風情がありました。朝食バイキングも種類豊富で嬉しかったです。
