"Booked room last minute due to train delays from Naples. Found it odd that the front desk staff questioned why I waited so long to book, little unfriendly. Rooftop lounge is nice and bar staff was great, food for dinner was just average but convenient to have onsite restaurant."
"Simple, clean & quiet boutique hotel with high quality comfortable large bed & pillows in a decent sized room. Staff were excellent & helpful prior & during the stay - we paid extra for a pre-arranged early check in.

"A very nice hotel with an unbeatable location. It is a 5-minute walk away from Termini’s east entrance with smooth surfaces all the way, which is extremely convenient for your luggage’s wheels (if you’ve been to other italian hotels, you know cobblestone streets can be awfully rough). Rooms and bathrooms are spacious, AC works well, elevators are fine and staff is friendly. Breakfast is available from 6:30-10:30 and loaded with options. They also do late check-in, especially if you call in advance! I arrived at 2 am because of a missed connecting flight and they had everything prepared for a hiccupless check-in. An excellent experience all around. 10/10 would recommend and book again!"
"Wonderful hotel! Everything from the service at check in to check out was amazing. The hotel and rooms are clean, comfortable, spacious, and a great central and safe location. "
