"This is the second time we've stayed. Steps from the train station. Breakfast is nice and the breakfast staff are helpful. Beds are comfortable and the showers are great, especially after a long travel day! Can be a little sketch around the train station at night, but we feel very safe here. "

He took the time to explain everything thoroughly showed us around, walked us through all the details, and made sure we felt completely at home. That kind of genuine hospitality is rare and truly makes all the difference. The location itself is breathtaking. It’s peaceful, scenic, and surrounded by nature. It’s exactly the kind of place that recharges your soul. I do want to address some reviews mentioning a “bumpy road” to get here, honestly, I disagree. Yes, the road is winding, but it is absolutely manageable and easy to drive at a relaxed pace. Don’t let that discourage you for even a second! And the breakfast? Oh my, it was incredible. We’re talking eggs, delicious salami and hamon, fresh warm buns, and great coffee. A proper, hearty morning meal that sets the tone for a wonderful day. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. 10 out of 10 - we’ll definitely be back!"

"Nice hotel, very quiet not many people staying at all, I guess due to Italian holidays. We stayed in a spa suite, there were four of us, the price was very good. The room, if I'm honest, getting a bit tired. Some floor tiles coming up, taps loose, sink cracked, toilet kept running. On the whole was quite nice, and I'm sure when it was new it was quite special. Beware, as a family going for swimming, it was €30 for 4 of us to swim and you need swimming hats (€20) quite steep to use the community pool really. Breakfast was very good. Location easily accessible and 15/20 mins from centre of Parma."
