โWhat a wonderful property. The staff is most excellent, very helpful, and worked well with us and our very broken Italian. The property is clean and bright and the restaurant is lovely. Breakfast was wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. โ
โReally nice to stay. Kind staffs and good location. It was the first time for us to experience Agriturismo and so good. It was unfortunate that we missed the lunch or dinner because it wasnโt the peak season. Recommend to stay. It is only 20 mins distance from downtown Bologna โ
โBeautiful memory and comfortableness. Room is so clean, spacious and surroundings are peaceful and carlm. Bird singing in the morning with fresh air. Easy to move to the downtown of bologna ( 45min by train / bus ). Humble but fresh clean breakfast.i Especially, Rita, the host is super kind and hearty!โ

โThoroughly recommend this accommodation choice for a stay in Bologna. Spacious clean rooms and right on the main square. My check in was a little complicated because i had 2 trains cancelled and missed the host but i have to say communication was very good despite that and after brief confusion i was soon in my room. Would definitely return if i was back in Bologna. โ

โWhat a treat to stay in one of the Phi Hotel apartments in the heart of Bologna. Comfortable, clean with lots of room and well equipped kitchen- with lots of coffee. Serviced every day. Reception in hotel very helpful. โ
โWe stayed in the most extraordinary room I have ever seen. All four windows overlooked the rooftops of Bologna. The light at all hours was like a painting. The remote control shades gave you control of the amount of light you experienced. It was complely private but you could see the cathedrals and towers unobstructed.
The staff was minimal but very helpful and gracious. The linens were clean and high quality. An extraordinary place.โ
โLovely spotless room at a very good price in the centre of Bologna, comfortable bed and good breakfast options. I note some reviews have criticised the breakfast, but I have to say, given the price paid, the breakfast is a bonus! To make the experience better tea/coffee facilities could be provided in the rooms rather than in a communal area, to allow for a morning cuppa in your own privacy, but nonetheless I would certainly visit again! โ
โI wonder why the hotel does not have any responsibility that a customer's bag was stolen at the hotel lobby in Italy? No security, No CCTV at the lobby of the hotel. No reimbursement!
We three stayed for 6 nights. The last morning one of our colleague's bag was stolen at the hotel lobby. Two men were standing for exchanging 50 euro note to small notes. Then, back to the sofa 5M away from a front desk, there was not the bag.
