"The place looks great in the photos, but the reality was disappointing. The building exterior had dirty windows and visible cracks. Inside, the room wasnā€™t clean, a torn pillow and long hairs in the carpet. Spa area: mold in the pool and humidity in the shower. To top it off, we were charged $7 for two Nespresso capsules in the room that seemed complimentary. Definitely not worth the price."

"Unfortunately, I didnā€™t have a good experience. I couldnā€™t sleep at night because there were animals running in the ceiling, which was quite disturbing. The stairs to the bedroom felt unsafe, as thereā€™s no handrail. The place has potential, but it really needs maintenance and better safety conditions."
