Automated check in was great and I never needed to contact the staff, other than to get my Ticino Ticket emailed to me. Make sure to use the Ticino discount Ticket at almost any attraction, and all public transit in the Canton. Big news for cat lovers, there is a shy but friendly long hair tabby in the area that wonders...
