"Generally good, staff was really good and helpful- wasn’t able to dine on site for dinner due to tour group, but there was no signage saying so ahead of time ( would have eaten in town earlier). Room had a few repairs needed like light bulb in bathroom and drain plug in tub not sealing ( it was a jet tub, so needed). Beautiful location- and again great staff!!!!"

"My daughter and I stayed for a week. The check in staff and shuttle driver were all lovely. The restaurant/bar staff were a bit hit and miss. The room was very nice, shower amazing, good charging pod which was a bonus. There were no drawers which was difficult for a weeks stay. We ate 1 night at the hotel and it was awful. It was 35 Euro per head for a buffet starter of antipasti veg (some very nice) and the same limp salad, meat and cheese served at breakfast. The desserts were...

"This accommodation surpassed our expectations - amazing location, beautiful decor, brilliant amenities, stunning and characterful. Best welcome by any host ever ...really authentic property, lots of stairs but absolutely amazing. Oh and it has a bakery/coffee shop downstairs "
