"The location was wonderful for wine tasting although at this time of year reservations are necessary. The hotel is clean and modern looking. The gentleman in the evening working reception was not friendly or helpful."

"The property was very unique, we love the high ceilings and the special touches that age will bring to a building. Having the rooftop area to sit at, and large windows to see the Lakeview was a wonderful touch as well. The property was very clean, and the room was very spacious."

"L’hôtel est très beau, notre chambre grande mais ça sentait beaucoup la cigarette même si c’est un hôtel non fumeur. On a demandé de changer de chambre mais elles n’étaient pas du même standard que celle qu’on avait. L’odeur était très désagréable. Le service en général était bien mais certaines personnes à la réception ne sont pas sympathiques c’est un relais et château alors ça devrait être parfait ou presque."

"Great property just steps from Lake Geneva. The room and hotel were beautiful and grand. The breakfast that was included had great variety and made for a stress free morning. Especially since you can sit on the terrace overlooking Lake Geneva. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The spa, gym, pools are modern and quite large. It's really nice the property has both an indoor and outdoor pools. Overall I would highly recommend this property."

"Mostly wonderful experience in a beautiful hotel with amazing views. There were a couple dead flies on the floor in our room which was the only disappointing thing. The other thing that was extremely disappointing was our dinner reservations seating (which we made a month in advance). We had a 7pm reservation right when they opened. They have PLENTY of seating with views of Lake Geneva which we wanted for our final night of our anniversary trip. We got there, and were placed in the interior against a wall so I couldn't even see the view at all. My husband could partially see it. I didn't ask to be moved because I'm not typically that type of person, but I was sorely disappinted and confused as to why they did that with as many open tables with a view they had, and when I had booked a month in advance. Nevertheless, we had an enjoyable stay despite our last dinner ambience being ruined. Our server was fantastic."
