We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. Staff are very friendly, attentive and respectful. Food in the restaurant was excellent. Lovely walk by the sea with our dog! We definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Basic hotel, ok stay

We stayed for 3 nights, overall an average/ok experience but rooms quite basic without any amenities like kettle, coffee, water, mini-fridge. Small garden outside also not maintained. But friendly service and good location for Villerville. Nice restaurant at hotel but a bit expensive.

Il paesino è meraviglioso: piccolo e poco frequentato, sembra di essere in un film. L’hotel è assolutamente troppo caro per quello che offre. Cerca di avere un alto livello, ma le camere deve eravamo noi (praticamente sotto terra) sono molto umide. La colazione buona ma non eccezionale. Se dovessi ritornare in quel meraviglioso paesino di certo non ritornerei in quell’hotel.

This was the most peaceful hotel we visited on our trip and was the only hotel where the desk clerk actually took us to the room. Our room, #19, was clean, roomy and had a nice large and private balcony that overlooked the hotel gardens and farther off in the distance the English Channel and the mouth of the Seine river. If you're looking for a quite village and rest and relaxation this is the place to be! The hotel has it's own restaurant but the prices above average. That being said it could be well worth it, but we opted to walk down the hill into town and grabbed a pizza at La Cigale where we received excellent service and food! We only stayed one night but wished we had time to stay at least one more night. The only downside of our night here is that the shower is located in the corner of the bathroom and is only enclosed by a curtain that comes within about 8 inches of the floor. No matter the water pressure we tried to use the majority of the bathroom floor gets wet and becomes a slip hazard. The hotel also still uses keys for the room locks and you have to manually lock and unlock the door. Not a huge problem, but they also have these large heavy fobs that makes putting the keys in your pants pockets problematic. Overall it is a very nice property and I would give it another chance if I were in the area.

Hotel très bien situé, belle vue sur la mer, à 5 minutes à pied de la plage. Chambre confortable. Déception car la photo sur Expedia donne l'impression que la chambre a une terrasse ce qui n'est pas le cas, mais en hiver, ce n'est pas très grave... Excellent petit-dejeuner. Bon restaurant, quoiqu'un peu cher. Accueil OK mais l'arrivée est surprenante (personne à l'étage côté parking, ascenseur à prendre pour descendre au niveau réception, personne à la réception et personne ne répond à la sonnerie...)... Au final, séjour néanmoins agréable.

Très bel hôtel dans un très beau cadre. Joli jardin attenant et belle vue sur la baie. Restaurant bon et agréable. Personnel pas très attentif, ils sont entrés dans la chambre alors que nous nous reposions alors que la pancarte "ne pas faire la chambre" était sur la porte. Standing de la chambre un peu décevant... lavabo en plastique et WC bas de gamme. Décoration austère qui fait un peu chambre d'étudiant. Petit déjeuner moyen avec finalement assez peu de choix même si ce qui est proposé est très bon.

A beautiful hotel nicely appointed and comfortable. our room was a good size with a balcony and sea views, although we had only one night the hotel and area warrant a longer stay to explore fully. The restaurant serves good quality meals and offers a nice dining experience (a little pricey) but still a nice experience. definitely on our list to visit again
