"This place was overbooked. They told me that they had a better suite, which was at Renaca's B&B. I had already pre-paid, and I was too tired to argue with them, so I stayed there the first two nights. They kept my money. Then I found out that the Renaca's B&B was a much cheaper place, advertised at $66.00 per night. Since I paid $105 per night at Bianca's, I deserve 2 X (105 - 66) = $78.00 refund."

"Me encanto todo, desde la llegada fue con una atención excelente, respetuosa y cariñosa en pro de que el huesped se sintiera como en casa, sin problemas por llegar tarde debido a los eventos y aparte el desayuno realmente exquisito, se ve que lo hizo con cariño y mucha dedicación, adicionalmente, la habitación tiene una vista preciosa y es muy cómoda, el baño con todas sus comodidades,sin lugar a dudas fue la mejor opción que hicimos al viajar a la ciudad de Viña del Mar!"

The room is accessed by two flights of very steep stairs. It was quite noisy both from the city and from other guests talking on the roof terrace in the early hours. BUT the view of the harbour is lovely."
