No volvería!

Tuve problemas con el hotel porque me querían cobrar una tarifa diferente (más cara) a la que figuraba en la página de hoteles.com. El trato no fue bueno y nos incomodó mucho la situación. Además está muy alejado de Viña del mar.

Awful

We thought about cancelling our reservation before we even saw the room, then we saw the room and immediately decided to cancel. The place was swarming with ants - in the hallways and again inside our room. The furniture was very worn - the leather couch was peeling, the chairs were rusted. The toilet in the bathroom did not flush. Most of all, the entire complex (even outside) had the strongest, most nauseating smell. It was like something had exploded an air freshener bomb to cover something worse. Even the few minutes we spent checking in and viewing our room left me feeling nauseated for the rest of the afternoon. This place may have been good at one time, and we thought about toughing it out, but we couldn't bear to stay there.

Edificio mal tenido , las ventanas sucias empañan la vista que es lo más rescatable del apart hotel. Desayuno pobre.Recepcion sin ambiente y estrecho.Nos hicieron salir mientras el recepcionista y único personal ,acompañaba a unos pasajeros. Pensaría y que íbamos a robar?

Agradable estadía

El apart es muy agradable, la vista al mar es maravillosa y el personal trata de solucionar los inconvenientes que se presentan con interés y diligencia.El departamento es muy cómodo, espacioso, con buenos televisores y wifi. Se encuentra en un área muy bonita pero alejada de comercios y restaurantes, es para ir con auto y moverse con auto. Si se va sin auto es muy retirado. La playa de enfrente es pequeña, casi no concurrida pero no cuenta con instalaciones.

Nice spacious rooms, attentive and friendly staff. In a quieter area but easy walk to restaurants for dinner, and easy bus service to other towns along the coast.

Excellent location, room and service attitude

I needed an hotel where to sleep on Christmas when visiting my family in Viña del Mar. Location was excellent, at the north of Reñaca Beach far from where the traffic is intense. We arrived at 15:00 and the room was ready and breakfast was at the fridge ready for next morning. Pool was heated and Playa Negra (Black Beach) was less than 1km to the north. Good seafood restaurants are at walking distance. Checkout time was at 11:00 but they allowed us to leave at 1PM. Room was at the front of the sea and we sleeped hearing the waves. 100% recomended!

Apartment style hotel right next to the beach

My family really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is more of an apartment complex so there was plenty of space for our family of 4. We got to see an amazing sunset from our balcony, drove to a great seafood restaurant just down the street (Aqui Jaime) and woke up to a unique breakfast in the morning. Staff brings you some of your meal the evening before and then delivers the fresh parts the next morning. Nothing gourmet but a nice snack to start the day.

Excelente lugar. volvería a elegirlo. Felicitaciones a su personal en gral. Fuimos en familia, la pasamos muy bién . Ojo a los turistas en el Mirador La Roca Oceanica, nos rompieron el vidrio del auto y nos robaron la mochila con todas nuestras cosas personales.

Rest by the sea

Fabulous coastline and visit to Varaparaiso to view the murals is a must. Jumbo supermarket had everything we needed to enjoy our stay: wine, meat, salmon, salad, breads, fruits. A great selection.

Cozy and comfortable

Wanted to stay in Viña del Mar but a taxi driver recommended us Concón instead. He was not wrong. Same beach road and 20 minutes north of Viña. Very comfortable and clean, right across the beach, can't swim in that area but you can still enjoy the sound of the waves. Although there is no air conditioner in the little apartment, you can open the windows and the breeze refreshes the place. To our surprise, breakfast was included. It was very unique, never seen something like it. They bring you in the evening a tray with ham, cheeses, juice, milk, coffee, butter, and in the morning they bring you fresh bread. I thought that was great. We were very pleased with the stay and will recommend anyone to stay there.
