"Excellent place to relax for a stay in Santiago and the location in Providence was very convenient. The breakfast was too notch as well. I would come back here again!"

"Upon checking into the room, there was black mold in the closet of the bedroom. And wet towels hanging inside of it. The owner was immidately defensive and refused to give a refund as i was due to stay in the unit for 7 nights. I took photos and he said it was perfectly fine to stay in a room with black mold. After speaking with expedia, he offered 50% and eventually offered 75% return, bc he double booked the room after i contacted expedia due to the biohazard. Was very rude, bc i checked out within 30 min of entering unit (black mold isnt worth it) . Would not recommend at all. "
