“Really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The check in reception was amazing. She was very kind. Our suite wasn't exactly great. The housekeeping staff that had cleaned did not clean windows or mirrors, so there were handprints amongst other things all over them. Our fire alarm was disconnected and just gone. “I was scheduled for two nights, I am trying to get a refund for the second night. The rugs all over the premises filthy, I had the only room with a hot tub but it was filthy, I went for the tub, so I ended up cleaning it, filling it up, letting the jets run, then emptied it and cleaned and refilled it.
