“We missed a connecting flight due to weather. We arrived on the free shuttle service. Check in offered us a delicious turkey sandwich, because we hadn't eaten and it was 1:00 am. Nothing open.
We missed breakfast the next morning from over sleeping and they kindly made us a to go box from the morning buffet which had closed 20 minutes before we made it down stairs.
The kindness of the staff and willingness to help us out, made being stranded in Dulles not as bad.

“The only feedback I’d share is that guests on the floor above me were very loud. I don’t think it was intentional or that they even realized. I did report it to the desk and a call was made. I think with having hard floors instead of carpet, there is a lack of sound proofing or insulation that would buffer the sound of loud shoes and hard walking. ”
“Conveniently located just off the interstate. The hotel is well-maintained, and the staff is very friendly.
The Mexican restaurant just in front of the hotel (not part of the hotel) was convenient and both the food and the service were great.”
“Marlie was kind enough to let us check in early. All staff were gracious and thoughtful. Manager was visible and involved with check in. Walk through the campus to Blacksburg (25-30 min) or take a short 5 min drive to the main street. You can tell the building has been around a while, but it is well maintained and full of character. I would stay here again!”
“We stayed at Drury‘s all over the United States and we love the updated menu that was awesome in the 530 kickback. Of course the pool was amazing and definitely a huge highlight of our trip. We love the indoor and outdoor options. ”
