"Arrived early but hotel had no power due to construction nearby. No one panicked, all was fine. Power back on in 90 mins. Room was good but … when I ran water in the bathroom sink, I heard gurgling in the shower drain (???) and then there was a swampy/sewer smell. Gross. Not the staff’s fault but waaay off putting"

"We have always had such bad luck with hotels, but we were so incredibly pleased with how smooth this entire stay was. The staff was responsive, friendly, and professional. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool was relaxing, and the breakfast was a huge win for my family. At one point, there was a rowdy neighbor across the hallway late at night, and when we called the front desk, they dealt with it immediately. Within 5 minutes it was all quiet again.
