"Everyone in our party loved staying here. Beach, shopping, night life and lots of food options including fresh and live sea food within 5 minutes walk. Everything we wanted in a beach hotel inside and out. Prices were very reasonable. Friendly staff. Almost felt as if we were alone there, no one ever bothered us. Just be aware that there are stairs to get to the room. How else you going to get to the panoramic view suite? Enjoy. "

"The check in time is later than usual, but you can check in at the typical time for a fee. Parking is available for a FEE! The included double trundle bed was false advertising. I was charged an additional FEE. The couch shown in the picture doesn’t exist, I am pretty sure we were not given the unit that we paid for. "There was a majot problem with the air conditioner unit and the owner of the unit tried to make it persay, seem that it was getting fixed but it was just not working after 3 days attemtping to make it happen so i checked out early and paid only amount of my usage and the owner didnt even offer any discount or c9nsideration for the broken a/c unit that made the room super hot. Horrible but instayed at the Sébastien Hotel in Mactan and it was similar price and nice and cool and very secure feeling...
